Hello and welcome!
This auction is for an authentic and original poster for "The Raitt Family Concert For The Forest", featuring performances by Bonnie Raitt, "A Very Special Guest Appearance" by her father John and also her brother David and The Mendocino All-Stars.
This concert was co-produced by the Guacamole Fund and Bill Graham Presents
(credited at the top of the poster)
and it was held on September 9, 1994 at Redwood Empire Fairgrounds in Ukiah, California.
This beautiful & colorful artwork of the forest and wildlife is by the Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Matt Wuerker (credited as "M. Wuerker" in the right bottom area of the artwork) and there also are nice portrait photos of Bonnie, her dad and brother.
The size of this poster is approximately 17" x 22", printed on medium-thick glossy, coated paper (safely rollable).
T
he condition is Near Mint Minus (NM-) with some tiny edge and corner tip dings, several small light handling creases and a small, dark water stain in the bottom right corner (please see the close-up photo I've provided).
Also, the back of this poster has a "tape pull" with some missing surface paper in the top left corner area.
