You will receive this tax lien investing education kit, published by NV Companies (NV Real Estate Academy - Nick Vertucci).  I don't know what year it was produced.
It includes 4 audio CDs and 4 booklets.  The titles of the CDs are the following:
Audio Training: Tax Lien Introduction
Questions & Answers: Tax Lien Investing
Questions & Answers: Tax Deeds
Questions & Answers: Getting Started
The booklets are still in the shrink wrap, so I don't know their titles, but I assume each booklet corresponds with one of the CDs.
The letter wrapped with the booklets mentions a username and password to their website that you will receive via email after registering.  I can't say for sure whether such access to their program is still valid.  However, I found the website online, so there's a chance that it is.
The playing surfaces of the CDs are nearly pristine.  The case shows a little wear.
