This is  Minty + condition; very clean, sharp corners without handling marks, bends or stains .  Black mark on the upper left side and upper right edge  is a printer error were extra ink may have smeared on the printer plate or roller.  All copies I have seen have these same imperfections.

I bought couple of these a few years ago from an old record store in San Diego, along with some other nice pieces. Most of the other handbills are James C Pagni Production shows at the Community Concourse in SD). Pagni produced the series of "Happenings" concerts in San Diego in 1967-1969, as well as shows elsewhere at universities in California and Arizona. This is

in the series.
